Guided Reading. Students will be reading a chapter titled, Revolutionary Grammar from a Michael Clay Thompson literary strategy text on Thomas Jefferson. With a partner students will read about the grammar used in the Revolutionary time, as well as breaking down parts of the Declaration of Independence grammatically. This reading with guide the students with their writing as we start writing our Jefferson debates this week.
Vocabulary Practice: DUE FRIDAY! Pick 4 vocabulary words from your list this week that you having difficulty remembering. For each word you choose you must include its definition, an image that goes long with the word's meaning and use the word correctly in a sentence. You may do this on computer paper or on your ipad.
